It is essential to learn about the principles of nutrition, wellness, and weight control in order for the client to understand the means necessary to achieve their goals. My responsibility as your nutrition and wellness coach is to facilitate this learning process by applying my unique philosophy and knowledge to your particular lifestyle and physical requirements. The objective is to establish a relationship based on trust.  This, coupled with an open and honest dialogue, is the vital first step toward developing an effective strategy.

We will work as a team to design your strategies; and we will ultimately create the long-term lifestyle changes that will define your success.  My goal as a nutrition coach is to teach you how to utilize the knowledge gained from our partnership, and to incorporate that knowledge into your everyday routines.  Together, we will learn to confront and overcome all of the personal obstacles that, up until now, have undermined success and thus substitute positive behavioral changes that will last a lifetime!

Together, we will learn to confront and overcome all of the personal obstacles that, up until now, have undermined success and thus substitute positive behavioral changes that will last a lifetime!

As you begin to approach your goal and experience success, the most important part of our program begins: maintaining what you have achieved!  Utilizing our strategies we will focus on solidifying your achievement.  The changes that have been created are physical, behavioral and emotional.  These changes must be carefully nurtured to be sustained.

Frustration and failure are all too often the end result of our valiant but futile attempts at “dieting”.   In order for behavior modification to evolve into a life long commitment (and to avoid the “yo-yo” effect of “dieting resulting in the loss of any gains) our long-term goals
need to be realistic!
